Sarah Egan has over 17 years of experience in customer account management and financial roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Analyst at Smart Communications since September 2013, Sarah is responsible for collating, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy of customer environment data. Prior to this position, Sarah held various roles at Thunderhead, including Group Renewables & Receivables Manager and Accounts Receivable Controller, contributing to enterprise solutions for customer experience management. Earlier experiences include credit control positions at Computer People and Xerox. Sarah graduated from Hatch End High School in 2000.
