Zaahid Bharmal

Zaahid Bharmal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Zaahid started their career at Ellert Retail Operations in 1990 as an Accounts Exec, where they processed and reported on activity from field accounts execs. Zaahid then moved on to Specialist Data Solutions in 1998, where they worked as a Trainer, responsible for training clients on SDS suite of products and developing training material. In 2000, they joined Spiritsoft as a Technical Author & Trainer, before moving to Interent in 2003 as the Director of Marketing, where they marketed the company to the UK and European franchise market. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Celona Technologies Ltd as a Technical Author and Designer, creating technical help files and other documentation for the Celona product range. Since 2007, they have been working at Smart Communications as the Director of Global Training Delivery. Smart Communications is a cloud solution provider and Bharmal has been involved in making multi-channel customer communications more meaningful through training delivery.
