Bibhuti Bhusan Dash has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Bibhuti Bhusan is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Smart Controls India Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Consultant in 2020.

From 2017 to 2020, Bibhuti served as the Director and later as the Senior Vice President at Voith Digital Solutions India Private Limited, where they led a large team and was responsible for the company's P&L in India.

Before joining Voith Digital, Bibhuti held roles at Voith Paper, where they served as the Vice President and Assistant General Manager. In these positions, they led teams and was responsible for sales, application engineering, and project management.

Bibhuti's career also includes a tenure at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where they held the position of Assistant General Manager. Bibhuti Bhusan started their professional journey with L&T as a Senior Engineer and made steady progression to management-level roles.

Bibhuti Bhusan Dash completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1974 to 1984, they attended Demonstration Multipurpose School in Bhubaneswar, where they studied under the Central Board of Secondary Education. Following this, from 1984 to 1986, they pursued their higher secondary education in Science with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and English from jobs Khurda. Subsequently, from 1986 to 1989, Dash obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics (Major), Chemistry, and Mathematics from the same institution. Lastly, from 1989 to 1992, they attended Madras Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
