María García Ruiz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Smart Culture. María is also the Founder and Director of the Culture and Leadership Program 4.0 at IE Business School, where María holds the position of Director and Professor. María serves as a Jury member for HR Innovation Awards at Expansion and Employment. Additionally, María is involved in various advisory and board positions at organizations such as MIOTI, British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, Fundación ERGON, and Yvon Mau. With a background in human capital management, María has held roles such as Human Capital Director at Creade - Altedia and Ernst & Young. María has a diverse educational background, including degrees from Singularity University, INSEAD, and IE Business School.
