Smriti Madan

Smriti Madan is a software engineering leader with a passion for creating responsive and engaging web interfaces. Smriti has extensive experience in front-end development, particularly with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and has held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Manager at various organizations, including Kroger and Zendesk. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee in design and public relations before transitioning into technology, where they contributed to significant projects, such as the Kroger Design System and various customer-facing websites. Smriti also plays a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within organizations they work for, having served as a Diversity & Inclusion Co-Lead at Centric Consulting. Currently, Smriti serves as a Principal Delivery Consultant at Smart Data.
