Alex Johnson is a Customer Engagement Partner at Smart DCC, responsible for leading customer engagement activities on two major change programmes with a combined budget exceeding £50 million, aimed at supporting contracts worth over £2 billion and contributing to significant carbon reduction efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Communication and Engagement Manager within the UK Civil Service's Defence People Directorate, Engagement Manager for the Smart Metering Implementation Programme, and involvement in the Future Farming and Countryside Programme during the Defra Graduate Internship Scheme. Alex holds a Master of Science in Environment and Development from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Geography from both the University of Leeds and Monash University.
