Andrew Brook

Andrew Brook has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and positions. Andrew is currently working at Smart DCC as the Head of Enterprise Planning, where they are responsible for building the Portfolio Office function and shaping the organization-wide operating model. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Matthey as the Change Management Lead. At E.ON UK, Andrew held various roles, including Operational Excellence Senior Manager, Process Excellence Lead, and Programme Manager. Andrew was trained by McKinsey consultants to deliver transformations and utilized structured problem-solving approaches to drive improvements. Andrew also has experience in project management, team management, and customer service.

Andrew Brook attended Lutterworth Grammar School from 1995 to 1999. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science at Loughborough University from 1999 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in December 2017, and in January 2017, they completed LCS 1A from the Lean Competency System institution.
