Andy Norman

Andy Norman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Since 2022, they have been the Director of Supplier Delivery Management at Smart DCC. Prior to this, they served as the Director of APN Consultancy Services Ltd starting from 2020.

In 2020, Andy held the position of Assistant Director - Customer Excellence at Homes England until January 2022. Andy also worked as a Senior Consultant at Daisy Rock Consulting between February and October 2020, where they provided advice and support to businesses within the utilities sector.

Before that, Andy held leadership positions at British Gas, where they served as the Head of Field Recoveries - Customer Services from May 2017 to December 2019 and as the Head of Supplier Relationship Management from May 2014 to April 2017.
