Graeme Milligan

Graeme Milligan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the embedded and SMART metering industries. Currently serving as the Lead End to End Architect at Smart DCC since October 2024, Graeme previously held key positions including Executive Vice President Global Engineering at CyanConnode from September 2022 to August 2024 and Technical Consultant at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) from February 2019 to September 2022, focusing on the evolution of SMETS1 and SMETS2 projects. Graeme's career includes roles as Director and CEO of AgileEmbedded Consulting, Global Head of System Integration at CyanConnode, and founder of Applied Logic Technology Limited, contributing to significant projects in the energy sector. Educational qualifications include EngD degrees in System on Chip and Electronics from the University of Glasgow and the Institute for System Level Integration, respectively, along with a degree in Electronics from the University of Strathclyde.
