Lloyd de Val

Lloyd De Val currently serves as Director of Contract and Supplier Management and Commercial Programme Director for Continuity of Service at Smart DCC since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lloyd held the position of Director - Sector Skills at Seetec Outsource from October 2021 to July 2023, focusing on the leadership of Seetec Training and company strategy. Lloyd's experience also includes serving as Head of Automotive - Civil Training at Babcock International Group, where accountability for operational delivery and strategic direction of a £30m P&L was key, as well as holding several positions at Babcock International, including Head of Corporate Services for Funded Training and Technical Solutions Manager. Notable achievements include the management of significant contract proposals in the automotive and emergency services sectors, emphasizing a strong track record in business development and strategic implementation. Lloyd earned a 2:1 degree in Marketing Management from Alliance Manchester Business School between 2004 and 2008.
