Richard Needham

Richard Needham started their career as a Warehouse Supervisor at Miba Tyzack Ltd in 1998. Richard then moved on to Telewest where they worked as an Area Logistics Supervisor and later as a Regional Distribution Centre Manager. In 2006, they joined Virgin Media as a National CPE Distribution Centre Manager and later held roles as a National Returns Centre Manager, Investment Recovery Manager, and Reverse Logistics Manager. In 2012, they joined O2 (Telefónica UK) as the Head of Operations - Supply Chain before becoming the Head of Service - Supply Chain. Richard then joined Virgin Media O2 in 2017 as a Service & Contracts Manager in the Mobile Supply Chain. Currently, they are working at Smart DCC as the Head of Asset & Supply Chain since 2022.
