Yin Li is an accomplished architect and project leader with extensive experience in the utility sector, currently serving as Lead E2E Architect at Smart DCC since January 2022, responsible for developing and presenting end-to-end architecture. Previously, Yin held various leadership roles at npower from November 2002 to June 2021, including Migration Operations and Controls Lead, where the largest UK utility customer migration project was successfully delivered, and Change Architecture Lead, which involved shaping strategic transformation programmes. Yin's experience includes overseeing significant SAP implementations, managing business improvement projects, and leading customer selection processes. Yin holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
