Smart eBill Team

Smart eBill Team (SET) strives to educate and provide the educational tools necessary to improve upon electronic billing practices for attorneys, legal support, and accounting teams. We provide training materials, remote electronic billing services, outside counsel billing guideline summaries and notation, e-bill systems configuration and mapping, and in-house e-bill training and consultation. Electronic billing is often classified as the worst thing to happen to attorneys but the best thing to happen to their clients. It allows corporate accounting departments, and claims organizations to streamline their billing processes by maintaining a detailed record of all invoices received. However, clients can also reduce invoice payments or reject individual entries. Most e-billing systems are also equipped with auditing technology, this is a great service; however, it makes it difficult for attorneys and their accounting teams to bill for all legal services they have provided. Trying to meet client e-bill requirements, deadlines, AND learn new accounting systems can be overwhelming, frustrating, and causes several losses in revenue that could be detrimental to business. Don’t worry, the eBill Whisperers that compose our Smart e-Bill Team, have over 100 years of legal billing experience and can assist with your electronic billing needs.
