Abhinav Kashyap

Abhinav Kashyap has a diverse range of work experience. Abhinav started their career at Aircel as a Net Backup & Security Intern, where they worked on Symantec Net backup Technology and handled media tapes and Robots in Data Centers. Abhinav then joined IE E&C as the Workshops & Events Head, responsible for organizing workshops and events. Abhinav also worked at Mettl, where they had several roles, including Business Analyst, Account Manager, and Operations Analyst. In these roles, they assisted HR teams with recruitment models, designed efficient L&D frameworks, and managed relationships with clients in the skilling industry. Abhinav also interned at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, focusing on Data Science and Analytics. Abhinav'smost recent position was at Smart Energy Water, where they served as the Lead of Product Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for implementing the company's core product, CX Platform -SCM, for multiple enterprise clients, working closely with technical teams to build a customer engagement solution.

Abhinav Kashyap has a diverse education history. In 2015, they graduated from Manipal Institute of Technology with a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Following that, in 2019, they obtained a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Abhinav also holds a Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau Software.
