Nitya Subramaniam

Nitya Subramaniam has over 14 years of experience working in various roles within the technology and consulting industry. Nitya is currently employed as the Director of Product Delivery and Engineering at Smart Energy Water, where they are responsible for managing the product strategy and delivery. Prior to this role, they worked as a Product Manager at the same company, where they focused on building a multi-channel cloud customer engagement platform. Before joining Smart Energy Water, Nitya worked as an Analytics Consultant at Wipro Limited, where they determined team responsibilities and assisted with project prioritization. Nitya also has experience working as a BI Manager at Capgemini, driving operational improvements and leading cross-functional projects. Nitya started their career as an SAP BI Consultant at Accenture and worked as a SAP ABAP Consultant at Siemens.

Nitya Subramaniam has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology. Nitya is currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics at The Wharton School. Nitya also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2020. Nitya Subramaniam completed their schooling at Holy Cross Convent High School.
