Payal Parekh

Payal (Pat) Parekh currently serves as the Director of People Engagement at Smart Energy Water, a leading provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions for the energy and utility sector, since October 2014. Prior roles include Sr. Resource Manager at Smart Utility Systems and various positions at Simtek Professionals, where responsibilities ranged from technical recruiting to business development management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SkyTECH Staffing and as a Personal Banker at Bank of America, where banking activities were managed. Payal began a career in coordination at Team Computers. Education was completed with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
