Dawn Mendonca

Dawn Mendonca has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dawn started as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel in 2009, handling inbound calls for a loyalty card program in the United Kingdom. Dawn then moved on to be an Associate Functional Consultant at Citagus Software Pvt. Ltd from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Functional Consultant for Campus Solutions ERP at Dexler Information Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where they were involved in pre-sales demos, client support, and product training. Currently, they are employed at Smart ERP Solutions Inc. where they started as a Senior Analyst in 2014 and has since been promoted to the role of Lead Analyst.

Dawn Mendonca completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce in 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle.
