Elsa Magner

Elsa Magner has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Elsa began their career as a Quality trainee at Volvo Cars, where they gained hands-on experience with quality management and completed a Six Sigma Green belt education.

Later, Elsa worked as a Project Engineer at Pon Power, where they handled project management, engineering, technical support, and sales support related to industrial diesel engine sales. Elsa demonstrated strong technical expertise and customer-oriented skills during their tenure.

Following their time at Pon Power, Elsa joined Alstom as a Project Quality and Safety Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing quality and safety issues and building up the management system for train maintenance projects. Elsa ensured the smooth progress of projects by preparing well-planned Gate Reviews.

Elsa then transitioned to Dfind Science & Engineering as a Consultant, Project Management, and Sales. As a Project Leader at Denso Sales Sweden, they managed software and hardware updates for the engine Electronic Control Unit. Additionally, they had commercial and technical responsibilities for various engine components towards the automotive industry.

Currently, Elsa is working at Smart Eye as a Senior Project Manager. Elsa previously served as a Project Manager within the Data Management team. In their role, they handled data projects and coordinated data deliveries to global Smart Eye development teams. Elsa was responsible for project planning, budget planning, and effective communication both within the organization and with external customers. Working with a globally distributed team, Elsa successfully managed cross-cultural and cross-time zone coordination.

Elsa Magner completed a degree in Technical Development from Chalmers University of Technology from 2000 to 2003. Elsa also took a standalone course in Project Management from Chalmers tekniska högskola in 2007-2008.
