Sue Mullins

Sue Mullins has extensive work experience, primarily in the retail industry. Sue began their career at Gemco, Division of Lucky Stores, where they worked as a District Manager from September 1984 to December 1986. Sue then joined Smart and Final as a District Manager from January 1987 to September 1989. Sue later served as the Director of Operations Services from September 1989 to September 1992, followed by the position of VP of Operations Services from September 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they held the role of VP of Buying and Merchandising at Smart and Final. Since joining Smart & Final in 1997, they have held various positions, including Senior VP of Store Operations from May 1997 to April 2008, Group VP of Human Resources from April 2008 to November 2015, Group VP of Store Operations - Central Region from November 2015 to June 2019, and most recently, Group Vice President of Store Support since June 2019.

Sue Mullins completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern California.
