Nick Graziano

Nick Graziano has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Nick is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Smart Flow Irritech Solutions since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at J.R. Simplot Company, starting as a Continuous Improvement Leader from October 2016 to June 2018. Nick then transitioned to the role of Continuous Improvement Manager from June 2018 to February 2020, and also served as a Plant Shift Manager from March 2019 to November 2019.

Before joining J.R. Simplot Company, Nick worked as a Business Analyst at Chevron from June 2015 to April 2016. Nick also had an internship with Chevron as a Business Analyst Intern from May 2014 to August 2014.

In addition, Nick has experience with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they held various roles from September 2011 to August 2013. Nick also worked at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited as an Assistant Lab Supervisor from December 2010 to August 2011, and at Peek Construction as an Assistant Project Engineer from May 2010 to August 2010.

Nick Graziano completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, from 2005 to 2010. Nick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management, which they obtained from Brigham Young University between 2013 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Nick Graziano has also acquired several certifications. Nick earned the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Juran in November 2019 and the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution in November 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Safety Trained Supervisor certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in January 2017.
