Nilufa Sultana has more than 5 years of experiences in HR & Admin various company. She has a vast knowledge of conducting domestic inquiry in local & multinational company. In professional tenure she gained expertise in the field of human resources management, factory compliance and organizational development both in the global and local platform and legal aspects of business.
Nilufa Sultana obtained B. A (Hons), M.A degree from National University. She has served as Manager, HR and Administration in Smart Force. Nilufa Sultana also likes to write article on different contemporary HR and Compliance issues
