Roxana Family

Roxana Family is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in academia and various organizations. Since February 2007, Roxana has served as the Founder and Director of the Chaire-Master Droit et Ethique des affaires. Concurrently, Roxana holds multiple roles at CY Cergy Paris Université, including Maître de conférences en droit privé, Director of the Chair-Master in Law and Business Ethics, Director of the LL.M. in French and European Law focusing on Taxation and Business Law, and Dean of the School of Law. Roxana is also actively involved with LexisNexis as the Scientific Director of the Revue Internationale de la Compliance et de l'éthique des affaires and serves on various committees, including the SNCF Stakeholders Committee and the Scientific Committee at Smart Global Governance. With a legal career that began in January 2001 as an Avocat at the Barreau de Paris, Roxana has held prominent positions in several organizations focused on ethics and governance. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Certificate in C-Level from EWOB.
