Ivana Stancic

Ivana Stancic has extensive experience in social entrepreneurship, impact investment, and capacity building, currently serving as the Manager of the RISE Serbia Incubator at Smart Kolektiv since May 2009. Stancic is responsible for developing national ideation competitions and incubator programs for young social entrepreneurs, delivering various training and mentoring initiatives, and managing the Smart Impact Fund, which aims to invest over half a million euros in impact businesses. Previous roles include Capacity Building Expert and Portfolio Manager at GIZ Serbia, and Consultant at UNDP Serbia, where Stancic designed and managed impactful accelerator programs. With a solid foundation in sociology from the University of Belgrade, Stancic has also contributed as a lecturer and mentor across various organizations and projects focused on social innovation and youth empowerment.
