Lacey Shrum is a legal and business professional with extensive experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and regulatory compliance. As the Founder of Smart Kx since August 2018, Lacey leverages a background as an Associate Attorney at Vela Wood, where focus areas include blockchain strategy, risk mitigation, capital raises, and legal coding. Prior experience includes ownership at H7 Consulting, LLC, providing consultancy for securities compliance, and co-founding The Loyal Closet. Previous legal roles at True North Advisors and Bernstein Global Wealth Management enhance Lacey’s expertise in compliance and legal counsel.
