Natalie Buck, MSW, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at SmartLab since September 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at PresenceLearning as a Regional Manager in Customer Success, leading an Enterprise Customer Success Team from August 2020 to September 2025. Natalie's experience in customer success also includes various positions at 2U, where responsibilities spanned from Student Support Advisor to Student Success Manager for programs at Baylor University and Pepperdine University from October 2015 to August 2020. Earlier professional experience includes a Therapy Intern/Therapist role at Grafton Integrated Health Network and an After School Teacher position at The Foote School. Natalie's formative experiences in the field began with an internship at Communities In Schools of Richmond, facilitating a therapeutic girls group. Natalie holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
