Susan Ordonez

Susan Ordonez has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Susan began their career in 1997 as a Technical Support Engineer at PADS, Inc. In 1999, they moved to INNOVEDA, INC. and took on the role of Lead QA Engineer. In 2003, they became the Release Manager at Mentor Graphics (formally INNOVEDA, formally PADS). In 2005, they joined Nestor Traffic Systems as a QA Manager. In 2010, they moved to Andera, Inc. and took on the role of QA Director. In 2013, they joined United Natural Foods as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. In 2017, they joined SMART Management, Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Language I/O as Director of Operations and Quality Assurance Manager.

Susan Ordonez obtained a Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater State University between 1993 and 1997. In 2018, they also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
