Antoniya Tsvetkova

Antoniya Tsvetkova is a marketing specialist at Smart Organic since June 2023, previously serving as an Agile Coach at pressrelations from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on improving team communication and forecasting. Antoniya held the position of Project Management Associate at H-Vision from February 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included proactive recruitment and marketing skill development. Earlier experience includes management trainee roles in human resources at CEZ Bulgaria EAD and involvement in various HR functions and training program organization. Antoniya began volunteering with the Bulgarian Red Cross Youth in 2010, engaging in awareness campaigns and educational projects. Educational qualifications consist of a master's degree in Brand Management and another in Organizational and Social Psychology from New Bulgarian University, along with earlier studies at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
