Martin Aladzhov

Martin Aladzhov began their work experience in 2009 as an Accounting intern at Evelyn Consulting LTD. Martin then worked as a Logistics Assistant at Ramsdal Vikar & Rekruttering A/S for a brief period in 2010. In 2011, they joined Metro Cash and Carry as an Operations intern and later became an Assistant Category Manager, supporting the Fresh food category in the FMCG sector. In 2014, Martin worked as a Central Buyer at Lufthansa Technik Sofia before returning to Metro Cash and Carry as a Junior Category Manager, responsible for non-food category management. In 2016, they became a Procurement Manager at Mundus Services AD, where they handled supply chain management and direct sales of technical components and cleaning consumables. Currently, Martin Aladzhov is employed as a Procurement and Bulk Sales Manager at Smart Organic, starting from 2022.

Martin Aladzhov began their education in 2003 at the Second English language school "Thomas Jefferson" in Sofia. Martin completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations in English at the University of National and World Economy from 2008 to 2012. From 2010 to 2011, Martin studied Business and Communication at VIA University College Horsens. Martin then pursued a Master's degree in Finance, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the Cisco Business Institute (at VUZF University) from 2014 to 2015. In 2019, Martin became a CPIM candidate, specializing in Production and Inventory Management.
