Sharlene Arcia, SHRM-CP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2002. Sharlene began their career as a Senior Trial Clerk at Orange County Clerk of Courts. In 2007, they joined Darden as a Legal Specialist - Licensing & Compliance and then in 2014 they were promoted to Legal Specialist - Commercial Law. In 2014, they also began working as a Paralegal at Universal Orlando Resort. In 2015, they started working at PlanSource as a Contracts and License Administrator. In 2016, Sharlene joined Smart Panda Labs as Manager of Administration and onboarded and administered team member\u2019s payroll and life-cycle Benefits Administration. Finally, since 2011, Sharlene has been a Business Co-Owner at LT Events, LT Entertainment, and Social Strides.
