Jorge Moreno

Jorge Moreno is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. Since November 2007, Jorge has been instrumental in the growth of Smart Payment Plan, joining as a founding member alongside the CEO and expanding the team from one employee to 17 full-time staff and 200 sales agents nationwide. Prior to this, Jorge served as the first employee of National Payment Network, Inc. from April 2004 to November 2007, providing customer service for the mortgage industry's bi-weekly plan. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sr. Distributor Relations Representative at Herbalife, managing a team and addressing a high volume of distributor inquiries. Jorge's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included maintaining service records for military personnel.
