Tim Phillips is a global pensions leader with expertise across the UK, Middle East, and Asia. They served as Head of Operations for Capita Employee Benefits, where they managed Capita's DC Master Trust business and led the auto enrolment consultancy, assisting over 200 companies. Tim progressed through various roles at Capita, beginning with the graduate recruitment program, and currently holds the position of Managing Director for Smart Pension in the Middle East and Asia.
