Sietse Nagtegaal is currently working as a Yield Lead Engineer at SMART Photonics since March 2021. Previously, they served at Ampleon from 2014 to 2019 in various roles such as Yield Program Manager, Improvement Manager, and Enabling Technologies. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at NXP Semiconductors from 2010 to 2014. Sietse has a strong background in industrial management, purchasing, and project management. Their expertise includes leading improvement programs, customer relations, and yield and cost improvement initiatives. Sietse holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Twente and has completed various educational programs in purchasing and Six Sigma.
