Vita Pridoroghina

Vita Pridoroghina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as an HR Manager at Smart Robotics starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ciklum as a Senior People Partner from January 2022 to September 2022, where they were responsible for talent management, team performance, and conducting analytical reports.

From 2019 to 2022, Vita worked at INSCALE Global as a People Partner, collaborating with international clients and local line managers to assist with performance, engagement, and retention. Additionally, they became a certified coach and consultant in organizations after completing a program at the Wiesbaden Academy of Positive Psychotherapy.
