Matt Zall

Matt Zall, CHST, serves as the Global Outreach Coordinator at YachtAid Global, leading over 30 disaster relief missions that have benefited more than 150,000 individuals while securing over $5 million in funding through successful project proposals. As the Corporate Health and Safety Director at RORE, Inc., Matt developed and enforced safety programs across global military construction projects and managed a team of over 100 personnel. In the role of Health and Safety Manager at SMART Safety Group, responsibilities included overseeing safety for 1,200 employees across multiple companies, conducting regular job site audits, and training as a certified OSHA Outreach Trainer. Matt also directs the Walter Munk Foundation for the Oceans, focusing on operational and financial efficiency. Previous experience includes supervisory roles and safety consultancy across various industries, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College.
