Morgan Rowley has a long and varied work experience. Morgan began their career in 2008 as a Delivery Manager and Re-Order Store Manager at TNT Fireworks. In 2010, they worked as a student at the Culinary Arts Academy and as a Stage Manager at Cosumnes Oaks High School. In 2013, they served as a Service Learning Coordinator and a Service Learning Temp at CAVE. In 2014, they were a Management Intern at Kohl's Department Stores. In 2015, they took on the roles of Territory Sales Manager and Manager in Training at POOLCORP. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Fountain as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative, and at Vetty as a Founding Account Executive and Head of Customer Success.

Morgan Rowley attended Cosumnes Oaks High School from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their Diploma. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Franklin High School. In 2011, they began their studies at California State University, Chico, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015.
