Subrat Nayak

Subrat Nayak is an accomplished AI product and tech leader, entrepreneur, and investor with extensive experience in product development and strategic growth. They co-founded Smart Screen Technologies Inc., where they developed a platform for background checking and led a team that served over 20 enterprise customers. Subrat has held key leadership positions at companies such as Reed Elsevier/LexisNexis, MetLife, and Vetty, where they drove substantial revenue growth and innovation in technology and strategy. Currently, they serve as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, while also advising and mentoring in various capacities. Subrat holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is pursuing a B.Tech at Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
