Capt Shailesh Bhambhani

Capt Shailesh Bhambhani currently serves as the Head Of Sales Marketing at Smart Ship© Hub, a remote vessel management platform, since August 2022. Shailesh holds positions as a Visiting Professor at the Narottam Morarjee Institute of Shipping and as a Mentor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, since July 2022 and June 2022, respectively. Additionally, Shailesh is a Startup Mentor with Techstars since October 2021. Previously, Shailesh was the Director of Tanker Chartering at AFCO Energy Pte Ltd from December 2017 to August 2022, managing the chartering of approximately 50 tanker vessels annually. Other roles include serving as a GLG Council Member and a Freelance Consultant with GuidePoint global advisor. Shailesh's extensive education includes qualifications from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
