Ashley Mayfield has a background in Business Administration and Management/Technical Arts from Everest College-Seattle, and an Associate's degree from Everett Community College. They have worked as a Sales/Inventory Manager at Americanna Co. LLC, a Program Assistant at Everett Community College, and currently hold the position of Staffing Manager/Recruiter at SmartTalent Staffing and Recruiting. In their current role, they are responsible for conducting full lifecycle recruitment and sourcing, performing background checks, and maintaining organized documentation on all candidates. Ashley utilizes behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates and partners with the Executive Team to identify workforce-planning strategies.
