WHAT WE DO Whether you are at home or on-the-go, experience the convenience of live video therapy on your laptop or smartphone with a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As long as you have internet, you can speak with your therapist. Sessions are only 30 minutes long and you can schedule as many or as little as you need. OUR APPROACH We are here to provide nonjudgemental support, empathy, and gentle guidance to help you through your struggles and help you become your best self. Life can become complicated, so we use an eclectic approach pulling ideas from different theoretical orientations. We believe that no one approach works for all people and instead work together with you to create the best treatment plan possible for your individual needs. We enjoy a modern collaborative therapy approach that follows your pace and checks in with you on a regular basis to make sure that we are meeting your needs.
