Dmitrijs Rozvadovskis

Dmitrijs Rozvadovskis has a diverse work experience in various technology companies. Dmitrijs is currently the Head of Engineering at SMART VALOR, a financial technology company operating a digital asset and cryptocurrency exchange. Previously, they served as the Global Head of IT Development (Contract) at Baanx Group Ltd, where they played a key role in building digital assets services. Before that, they worked as the CPO/Head of Engineering at CoinLoan, responsible for platform and product development. Dmitrijs also has experience as the CTO at Creditstar Group AS, Finpari, VIA SMS Group, and Mintos, where they managed teams and contributed to the development and expansion of their products. Dmitrijs began their career as a System Analyst at ABLV Bank and later worked as an Oracle Developer at Latvijas Tālrunis SIA.

Dmitrijs Rozvadovskis has a strong educational background with a diverse range of qualifications. Dmitrijs earned a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Latvia between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer in Information Technology Management degree from Riga Technical University from 2000 to 2002. Dmitrijs also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, Riga Technical University, from 1997 to 2000. Dmitrijs completed their secondary education at 72.Rīga Secondary School from 1986 to 1997, focusing on the field of Science.

In addition to their formal education, Dmitrijs Rozvadovskis has also pursued various certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Dmitrijs completed the 4DX - Execution Excellence Program at Sikka Training & Consulting in September 2018. In December 2013, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from EXIN. Dmitrijs also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in September 2016. In April 2014, they successfully completed the IELTS General Training from the Baltic Council for International Education located in Riga, Latvia.
