Andrew Furlong has over 25 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong focus on infrastructure, operations, and team management. Andrew has held various leadership roles, including Director of Information Technology at Smart Wires Inc., Eva Garland Consulting, LLC, and AppSmart. Their extensive responsibilities have ranged from building IT teams, managing MSP vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance to overseeing network infrastructure, disaster recovery, budget management, and strategic planning. Andrew has a proven track record of turning around IT departments and achieving excellent survey results.

Andrew Furlong obtained IT certifications in ITIL Foundation, Novell, Microsoft, and A+ from New Horizons, Sarcom, and Abcuss II between 1999 and 2016. Andrew also received additional certifications in ITIL Foundations from APMG International.
