Christopher Bass

Christopher Bass has been a U.S.-based private investor for more than two decades across asset classes including public and private equities, credit, and venture capital. Mr. Bass graduated from Duke University and previously worked at Oak Hill Capital.

Christopher Bass has been a Board Member since January 2016. Christopher Bass is independent in relation to the Company and the Executive Management and is affiliated with FW Smart Wires Investors (a major shareholder of the Company).

Christopher Bass owns no shares or options in the Company.
