Alin Bocancea has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Smart Wood since March 2020. Prior to this role, Alin held various positions at ZF TRW from June 2013 to March 2020, including Production Supervisor and Production Leader, overseeing the organization of production floors with teams of up to 400 operators. Alin's career began as a Textile Engineer at Robelt Prod from October 2009 to August 2010, coordinating production to meet customer requirements. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Quality Assurance of Textile Products and a Bachelor's degree in Textile Technologies, both obtained from Technical University "Gh. Asachi" in Iasi.
