Helen Oldham

Helen Oldham is a seasoned entrepreneur and board member with a strong focus on supporting female founders and enhancing gender diversity in business. As the Co-Founder of Lifted Ventures, Helen aims to increase capital flow to early stage female entrepreneurs through a robust angel network. Additional roles include Board Member at the UK Business Angels Association, Founding Trustee and former Chair of Smart Works Charity, Consultant at BHP Chartered Accountants, Non Executive Director at WPA Pinfold, and Advisory Board Member at Thrive Law. Helen also founded growandthrive.co.uk and established Fund Their North to assist northern female entrepreneurs in securing funding. Previous experience includes serving as a Non Executive Director at my2be and as Interim CEO at Conduit Connect. Helen has educational credentials from the University of Cambridge and the Coach House, along with secondary education at Harrogate and Cotham Grammar Schools.
