Laurent Dubois

Laurent Dubois is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Group General Secretary and Group Chief Financial Officer at Smart4 Engineering since November 2019, Laurent previously held the position of Group CFO at Groupe Mécanique Découpage / GMD, where duties included negotiating financial covenants and restructuring the financial department. Earlier roles include CFO-COO at MyDCA, CEO and founder of XL Medias, and Group Deputy CFO at Altran Technologies, where Laurent managed a substantial capital raise and oversaw global budgeting processes. Laurent's background also includes founding Xcalia / Libelis, serving as an analyst at HSBC and CDR, and working as a junior trader at Laidlaw International. Laurent holds multiple finance degrees from prestigious institutions, including University Paris II and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
