Tonya B. has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Tonya began their career in 2004 as a Training Consultant at The JaVon Group. In 2010, they became a Project Coordinator/ Epic Implementation Support at Select Specialty Hospital. In 2013, they took on the role of Patient Care Associate/ Unit Clerk at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In 2016, they became an IT Project Manager at Robert Half Technology, and IT Network Support Specialist at St. Vincent Prep Academy. In 2018, they took on the role of IT Deployment Engineer Site Lead at Iron Systems, Inc, and IT Project Consultant, PMO at Experis (State Auto Insurance). In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager (SaaS) at Transportation & Logistics, and Epic Project Manager at Pivot Point Consulting, a Vaco Company. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Implementation Project Manager at SmartAction.

Tonya B. began their educational journey with Pre-Nursing Studies at Columbus State Community College. Tonya then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree - equivalent in Management Information Systems from Franklin University. Tonya also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from LearnSmart in July 2020. Additionally, they have an Advanced Patient Care Associate certification from Columbus State Community College, as well as a Certified Phlebotomist and Paramedical Examiner certifications from the Ohio State School of Phlebotomy.
