Gunjan Karun

Gunjan Karun's work experience begins in 1997 with Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Team Lead in Tech Presales until 2000. They then transitioned to a role in Tech Presales at Tata Infotech Ltd (now TCS) in Mumbai. In 2001, Gunjan became the Director at Kalptaru Infotech Ltd and remained in that role until 2016.

In 2014, Gunjan joined Pro CVA as The Tech Guy, leading the technology team in making analytics more accessible through technology and machine learning algorithms. They remained with Pro CVA until 2016.

In 2015, Gunjan co-founded SmartAxiom, Inc., a company focused on building blockchain-based decentralized embedded IoT security software. They continue to work on this project to the present day.

Gunjan joined Quadralyst Pvt. Ltd. in 2016 as a Product Manager and MVP Specialist. In this role, they build relationships with deep tech IT web and mobile startups and oversee dedicated teams for each product. They handle product planning, roadmap, intellectual property, and project management practices.

In 2018, Gunjan took on the position of Chief of Engineering at uVerify. They held this role until January 2021.

Gunjan Karun completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1997. In 2021, Gunjan began pursuing a Global Management Program for Executives (GMPE) at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Gunjan received three patents from the USPTO in 2019 for different inventions related to blockchain, decentralized networks, and IoT security.
