Mike Wood possesses extensive experience in technical support and communication, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Technical Support Manager at SmartBank since March 2020. Previously, Mike held various roles at Progressive Savings Bank, including Online Communications and Creative Director, where content creation for multiple media platforms was a key responsibility, and Assistant Network Administrator, providing technical support for systems like Active Directory and VMware. As the owner of Wood Sign Shop since 1999, creativity and entrepreneurship are central to Mike's professional activities.
