Richard Fluharty

Richard Fluharty has extensive experience working in the banking industry. Richard began their career at Regions Bank in 2009, where they held the position of Branch Sales Manager/Assistant Vice President for ten years, until August 2019. Following their time at Regions Bank, they joined SmartBank as a Vice President/Relationship Manager in July 2019, and they continue to work in this role.

From 1996 to 1999, Richard Fluharty attended Charleston Southern University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
