Frank Roe

Frank Roe is the current CEO at SmartBear. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales for Cloud Applications at Oracle from January 2016 to August 2018. During their time at Oracle, they were responsible for the US East Sales for Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Business Unit and helped grow the company's quarterly revenue by double digits. Frank also revamped the sales teams and focused on customer value proposition. In January 2014, Frank Roe joined Rogue Wave Software as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Frank was responsible for growing the company's revenue by double digits and integrating multiple acquired companies. Frank also revamped the sales team/channels for optimal growth and cross selling. In January 2010, they joined RSD as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Frank Roe's educational career began with a BA in business from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Frank then went on to earn a degree in organizational leadership from Harvard Business School.
